摘　　要：构建农村居民点用地集约利用评价指标体系,选用相关数学模型,从市(州)层面对湖南省农村居民点用地集约利用状况进行定量综合评价,估算农村居民点集约利用的理论潜力,并根据评价结果和区域社会经济发展实际分类提出湖南省农村居民点用地集约利用模式。A evaluation index system for intensive use of rural residential land was build, and the related mathematical models were selected to quantitatively comprehensive evaluating the status of intensive use of rural residential land in Hunan Province from municipal （state） level, and to estimating the theoretical potential for intensive use of rural residential land, then a model for intensive use of rural residential land in Hnnan Province was put forward based on the evaluation results and the de facto classification of regional social and economic development.
