摘 要:研究目的:城际铁路在满足我国区域经济发展所产生的需求的同时也为区域一体化进程提供了强大的动力。城际铁路的建设与否、建设时间都直接关系到其自身运营的经济效益和在沿线产生的社会效益。而目前关于该方面的研究还较少,不能很好地指导我国城际铁路的规划、建设和运营。本文在大量查阅资料和理论分析的基础上,采用财务分析的手段,建立城际铁路运输收支平衡模型,探索城际铁路建设的客流密度条件,对我国东、中、西部地区的城际铁路的建设条件进行了研究。研究结论:城际铁路的建设条件应充分考虑东中西部在社会经济的差异对交通运输需求的影响,按照地区差异分别建立不同的建设条件。通过建立模型,得出东部地区的建设条件为:近期客流密度须达到1 600万人公里/公里;中部地区的建设条件为:近期客流密度须达到1 200万人公里/公里;西部地区的建设条件为:近期客流密度须达到1 000万人公里/公里。Research purposes: Intercity railways not only can meet the demands of the regional economy development, but also provide the big power to the regional integration. When and whether to construct intercity railway relate to its economic benefits and the social benefits along the line. But now a little research has been done on it, so it can not better guide the management, construction and operation of intercity railway. In this paper, based on the theoretical analysis of much data, the model for the traffic income and expenditure balance of intercity railway is established by using financial analysis to explore the construction condition of passenger flow density for constructing intercity railway and the research is done on the construction condition of the intercity railways in east, middle and west regions of China. Research conclusions: The construction condition of intercity railway should fully consider the influence of the difference in social and economic fields among the east, middle and west regions of China on the transportation demand, and the different construction conditions should be defined for the different regions. From the analysis with the model, it is concluded in east region, the construction condition of the intercity railway is the density of passenger flow will be up to 16 million person km/km in the near future, in the middle region, the density of the passenger flow will be up to 12 million person km/km and in the west region, the density of the passenger flow will be up to 10 million person kin/kin.
