大鼠胚胎皮肤Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原和波形蛋白表达的变化及意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原和波形蛋白在正常大鼠不同时期胚胎中的变化规律及相关性。方法:取胎龄10d、12d、14d、16d、18d的胎鼠皮肤,免疫组化染色法检测Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原和波形蛋白平均光密度和阳性细胞数的表达。结果:Ⅰ型胶原表达随胎龄的增加表达增加,Ⅲ型胶原表达随胎龄的增加表达降低,各胎龄组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);波形蛋白表达随胎龄的增加逐渐降低,除胎龄10d组与12d组,及胎龄16d组与18d组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),其余各组之间的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原蛋白及波形蛋白的平均光密度值和阳性细胞数两两都有相关关系。结论:Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原和波形蛋白的表达及其比例与大鼠胚胎皮肤无瘢痕愈合有密切关系。Objective： To explore the change and correlation among the expression of collagenⅠ,collagen Ⅲ and Vimentin in rat embryonic skin.Methods： Health SD rats were gathered and breeded.After mating,the embryonic skin at gestational age of 10,12,14,16 and 18 days was got,then the expression of collagenⅠ,collagen Ⅲand Vimentin was detectecl by immunohistochemical method.Results： The expression of collagenⅠwas enhanced with the increasing of gestational age;the expression of collagen Ⅲ was reduced with the increasing of gestational age;there were significant differences between every two groups（P〈0.05）.The Vimentin expression gradually decreased with the increasing of gestational age.There was significant difference between groups（P〈0.05）,except between G10 and G12,G16 and G18 group.There was correlation between average optical density of type Ⅰ,Ⅲ collagen and Vimentin expression and positive cell number（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The expression and proportion of type Ⅰ,Ⅲ collagen and Vimentin in rat embryonic skin are closely related to its scarless healing.
