摘　　要：英语论文撰写过程中,参考文献种类繁多且格式复杂;根据文献规范和设计需要对参考文献进行了分类,并在Mi-crosoft Office Word 2003中利用VBA完成了各类参考文献条目的自动生成助手的设计与实现,并给出了部分关键代码;软件短小精炼,便于复制和使用.The complexities of different types of documents and documentation styles inevitably create additional massive difficulty for Chinese English majors during their graduation thesis writing.This paper,therefore,based on APA documentation style and design needs,regrouped the bibliography most probably available to Chinese students,and developed an APA bibliography automatic generator by applying VBA in Microsoft Office Word 2003;part of the critical executing codes is also discussed in this article.Resultantly,the software is simple but practical,easy to be widely used by English majors.
