摘　　要：中国大学生就业形势严峻,要在这竞争激烈的环境中脱颖而出必须设计好自己的职业生涯规划,文中介绍了大学生职业生涯规划的设计与制定。大学生在设计职业生涯规划时要遵循SMART原则,并且对自我、对环境都要进行详尽的分析,运用SWOT分析法进行全面分析,从而确定自己的职业目标和路线,撰写出最佳的职业生涯规划书,指导并及时调整自己的职业生涯规划。The university students＇ employment situation is grim in China,in order to stand out in the competitive environment the students must good design their own career planning,this text introduced the design and establishment of the career planning of university students.The university students should follow the SMART principle while designing career planning,and carry on detailed analysis on the ego and the environments,using SWOT analysis carry on overall analysis and make sure own career target and route,thus write the best career planning book,instruct and adjust own career planning in time.
