摘　　要：以某长输管道工程山区防腐补口为例,详细归纳了100%固含量双组分无溶剂环氧涂料的特点,并阐述了其施工工艺流程及操作要点,通过使用新型双组分无溶剂环氧涂料进行防腐补口施工,大大提高了施工进度,保证了工程质量及安全,是一种值得推广的新材料。Taking a mountain anticorrosive coating of long distance pipeline for example,the paper detailed summarized the characteristics of 100% solid content two-component solvent free epoxy coating,and elaborated its construction process and operation points,through the use of novel two-component solvent free epoxy coating made anticorrosive coating construction,greatly improved the construction progress,ensured the engineering quality and safety,it was a new materials worthy of popularization.
