摘　　要：针对当前施工项目成本管理与控制现状,着重从施工项目的前期管理与控制和原则的制定,施工期间各种措施的实施和运用到施工后期及竣工后成本结算进行了说明,旨在有效控制项目成本,提高投资效益。In light of temporary construction project cost management and controlling status,it mainly illustrates preliminary management and principles formulation of construction project,various measures implementation during construction and after construction and completion settlement,with a view to control project cost and investment benefits.
