摘 要:介绍了预应力技术在门式刚架结构中的研究及应用现状。首次提出了一种新型预应力门式刚架形式——带水平拉索的钢箱截面拱形两铰门式刚架,结合背景工程——跨度达91.5 m的天津京津塘高速公路机场收费站新建罩棚,对这种结构体系进行了较系统的分析。重点阐述了整体受力性能及关键部位——水平拉索、机械钢铰、刚架梁柱交接处角隅段的构造及计算方法。背景工程的成功运用表明,这种结构施工难度小、速度快,建成后使用及景观效果良好,可供类似工程参考。The paper introduces the research and actual application about the prestressed technology used in portal frame.A new type of prestressed portal frame named horizontal stay cable-strut arched portal frame with steel box section is proposed for the first time.Based on the background project,91.5 m large-span airport toll station awning of BTT Expressway,systemic analysis is made on this new structure system.Performance of the overall force,constructions and computational methods of key positions such as horizontal stay cable,mechanical hinge,corner segments at the beam-column joint are especially expounded.Successful applications of the background project can show that this structure not merely is easy-to-construct,but also its actual service performance and landscape effect evaluation are excellent.It can be referenced by similar project.
