摘　　要：创业教育和心理健康教育是大学生综合素质培养的重要组成部分,两者有着不同的内涵、目标和工作方式,但又关系密切,可以相互渗透、相互助推、共同发展。心理健康教育是创业教育的前提和保障,创业教育赋予心理健康教育新的时代精神和要求。在拓宽教育渠道、整合教育队伍、优化教育环境等方面,积极探求建立两者良性互动关系的原则和策略,具有重要的现实意义。Entrepreneurship education and mental health education are important parts of training on undergraduates＇ compre- hensive qualities. Although different in connotation, objectives and working mode, they are closely related. They infiltrate and benefit mutually, and develop simultaneously. That is, mental health education preconditions and supports entrepreneurship education, while the latter is endowed with new time spirit and requirements by the former. It is highly significant to explore principles and strategies that can build interaction between both sides in terms of opening up new education avenues, integrating teaching staff, and optimizing teaching environment.
