摘　　要：目的:介绍小儿先天性脊髓脊膜膨出的治疗体会。方法:回顾性分析并总结我院自1980年12月～2010年12月收治小儿脊髓脊膜膨出共32例的治疗体会。结果:痊愈29例,症状无明显改善3例。结论:尽量早期手术,但是术前有双下肢瘫痪及大小便功能障碍者.应视为手术禁忌症。Objective：To introduce the pediatric congenital myelomeningocoele treatment experience .Methods：The retrospective analysis and summerize were taken since February 1980 to April 2010 for treated children myelomeningocoele of 32 cases of 29 patients experience .Results：29 cases were healed.3 cases were recovery treatment,symptoms improved obviously.Conclusion：The earlier surgery but preoperativeshould have double lower limbs paralysed and urine impairment.Shall be deemed operation contraindication disease.
