摘　　要：目的探讨放射性鼻窦炎的手术治疗方式及远期效果。方法选择经CT确诊保守治疗1年以上,效果欠佳的上颌窦炎108例,分组进行鼻内镜手术和Caldwell-Luc手术,按术中、术后和远期效果各设指标进行观察。结果经术中、术后各项指标比较,两种术式各有优势和不足。远期效果比较,Caldwell-Luc明显优于鼻内镜,无复发病例。鼻内镜手术组24例复发,并有嗅觉减低、鼻腔粘连、视物模糊、脑脊液漏等并发症。结论两种术式各有特点,Caldwell-Luc手术治疗放射性鼻窦炎更具优势。Objective To investigate Operation method and Long-term effect of radiation nasosinusitis.Method Functional endoscopic sinus surgery(FESS) and Caldwell-Luc surgery were applied in 108 cases which were confirmed diagnosis with CT and were poor effect after conservative treatment over one year.According to the perioperative and postoperative and long-term outcome each set indexes of observation.Results The perioperative and postoperative each index comparison,two kinds of surgical each have an advantage and not sufficient.Long-term outcomes compared,Caldwell-Luc obviously superior FESS,without relapse cases.FESS group 24 cases were relapsed,and a sense of smell reduce,nasal cavity adhesion,inspect content faintness,cerebrospinal fluid leakage complication.Conclusions Two techniques have different features,Caldwell-Luc surgical treatment of radiation nasosinusitis more advantages.
