摘 要:目的探讨双源CT下肢动脉成像技术。方法使用双源CT,对58例患者进行下肢动脉CT造影扫描,25例经DSA证实。造影剂用量60-90ml,注射速率3.5-4.0ml/s,扫描后用对比剂跟踪软件Bolus触发达阈值110HU后再延迟14-20s扫描。结果所有病例均获得了满意的图像,经工作站重建后,能够清楚显示下肢动脉正常解剖分支和病变部位、范围及重要的侧支循环路径。结论合理的扫描方案能在不增加辐射剂量及造影剂用量的基础上高质量的显示下肢动脉。Objective To evaluate the techniques of dual-source CT angiography(CTA) in the artery lower extremities.Methods 58 patients with clinically suspected lower extremities arterial disease were performed on a dual-source CT scanner.In these patients,25 also under went digital subtraction angiography(DSA).Injection of 60-90ml of contrast medium at a flow rate of 3.5-4.0ml/s.The CT scan was triggered by a bolus-tracking technique,and image acquisition started 14-20 seconds after the attenuation reached the predefined threshold of 110HU.Results In all patients,good imaging quality was obtained from 58patients.Normal lower extremities arterial anatomy,location and extent of arterial disease,collateral,collateral artery circulation can be clearly showed on the reconstruction imaging.Conclusion The appropriate scanning techniques provide High quality imaging of extremities limbs artery CTA without more radiation exposure and contrast medium.
