摘　　要：为促进临床合理用药和降低药品费用,我院对临床用药实施动态监测和超常警戒机制,取得一定的成效。现进行初步总结报道,以探讨在当前卫生体制改革的大趋势下,如何落实《处方管理办法》提出的要求,规范、合理用药,减少大处方,降低患者的医药费用,为推进医疗卫生事业的发展作出应有的贡献。By yuebei people＇s hospital for example,the article introduce this hospital how to implement dynamic-monitoring and early-warning mechanism in clinical medicine.This measure adapts the situation of heath in today and tallies the request of some laws,like Drugs Management Law and new Prescription Policing Method.The mechanism is innovating and consummating to contribute for promoting the medical service and heath as possible as it can.
