摘 要:采用粉煤灰与废铁屑等工业废弃物为原料,制备聚硅酸铝铁(PSAF)无机高分子絮凝剂,并将其与活化粉煤灰相结合,采用新物化法处理含酚废水。实验考察了各主要因素对去酚效果的影响,结果表明:特殊活化剂能有效破坏粉煤灰中玻璃微珠表面光滑致密的结构,既提高了Si、Al、Fe的溶出率,又大大提高其吸附能力。控制PSAF中Al3+:Fe3+=1:1,(Al+Fe)/Si=1.6:1,PSAF与活化灰的质量比1:3,处理1 L含酚1 000 mg/L的废水,加入PSAF 75.3 g,沉降时间2 h。此时,絮凝与吸附相结合,能有效发挥二者优势,使苯酚的去除率达97%以上。A novel physicochemical method has been applied for treatment of phenol wastewater by using activated fly ash, scrap iron and other industrial wastes as raw materials to prepare PSAF inorganic polymer flocculent. Various factors affecting removal of phenol were investigated. The result shows that: a special activator can effectively undermine the smooth-dense structure of glass beads in fly ash, not only heighten the dissolution rate of Si, Al, Fe, but also greatly enhances its adsorption capacity. Controlling PSAF by Al^3+: Fe^3+ = 1 : 1, (Al + Fe) / Si = 1.6: 1, the mass ratio of PSAF and activated ash by 1 : 3, dealing with 1L wastewater of containing phenol 1000rag / L, adding PSAF 75.3g, settling time 2h, the combination of flocculation with adsorption can effectively exert their superiority, the removal rate of phenol arrive more than 97%.
