摘  要:对于油田而言,低压低渗区块传统的热洗清蜡工艺存在着热洗介质与地层流体不配伍,洗井时间长,工艺操作复杂,含水不易恢复等问题,严重时还会造成油井污染。为解决普通热洗产生的一系列问题,冀东油田采用了自循环热洗井技术和设备。该技术利用油井自身产出液,经加热后再注入油套环空内,形成自循环,达到用热油升温洗井清蜡的目的。文章对该技术在中国石油冀东油田公司高尚堡采油作业区现场应用的效果进行了分析和总结。The conventional hot flushing wax cleaning process for low -pressure and low -permeation blocks in the oil fields has the problems of no synergism between flushing media and formation fluid, longer flushing time, complicated process operation, difficulty in restoring water and contamination of wells, etc. To deal with these problems, auto - circulation technology and equipment have been applied in Jidong Oil Field. In this process, the fluid produced in oil wells is heated and re - injected into jacket of oil tube, establishing auto - circulation to clean out wax by hot oil. The results of application in Gaoshangbao Production Area of PetroChina Jidong Oil Field Company are studied.
