摘　　要：在对新疆油田稠油污水回用锅炉炉管内生成垢的成分进行分析和锅炉水质分析的基础上,研制了相应的清洗锅炉污垢的清垢液配方。通过溶垢试验和腐蚀速率试验证明,清垢液对稠油污水回用锅炉炉管内产生的污垢能完全溶解,对炉管的腐蚀速率远低于标准要求的6 g/(m2.h)。Based upon the analysis of the furnace tubes fouling composition and boiler water of the heavy oil waste water recovery boiler in Xingjiang Oil Field, the formula of relevant fouling cleanout fluid is developed. The verification tests of fouling dissolving and corrosion rate experiment have found that the fooling cleanout fluid can completely dissolve recovery boiler fouling and the corrosion rate for the furnace tubes is much lower than 6 g/m^2 . h specification in standard.
