加工高酸原油装置的腐蚀在线监测

摘　　要：2007年中国石油化工股份有限公司镇海炼化分公司Ⅱ套常减压蒸馏装置进行了适应掺炼高酸原油的材质升级改造。根据系统的腐蚀监测情况,总结了高酸原油加工中的腐蚀规律及其对二次加工装置(催化裂化和延迟焦化)的影响,充实了高酸原油材料腐蚀数据库,并对常用材质的腐蚀监测数据进行了分析。监测结果对炼制高酸原油时的腐蚀防护、后续相关炼油装置材质升级及新建装置设计选材具有重要的参考意义。In 2007, No. 2 atmospheric - vacuum distillation unit in Zhenhai Refining and Chemical Co. , Ltd was revamped for processing high - acid crudes. The metallurgy upgrading and corrosion monitoring measures adopted in the revamp were introduced. The corrosion law in processing high - acid crude and its impact on downstream units （ such as FCCU and delayed coker） were summarized through system corrosion monitoring. The corrosion data base for processing high - acid crudes was established and corrosion monitoring data for common steel materials were analyzed. The monitoring results provide very important information for corrosion protection, metallurgy upgrading in processing high - acid crudes and material section in the engineering of grass - roots plants.
