摘  要:通过Biolak污水处理站从试运行到正常运行共9个月时间内的连续运转试验,分析了影响Biolak工艺处理效果的主要因素及其作用机理,结果表明:在进水COD_(Cr)、BOD_5、NH_3-N、TP和SS的浓度分别在247.8~512.4 mg/L、116.5~283.2 mg/L、20.9~34.6 mg/L、5.4~11.6 mg/L和97.8~195.5 mg/L范围时,Biolak污水处理设施的出水优于GB 18918—2002一级B标准;采用HDPE膜曝气池代替传统砼曝气池,可减少建设费用20%:用悬浮链间断曝气使曝气池形成多级A/O工艺,活性污泥处于"好氧-缺氧"交替的环境中,除能有效降解碳含量外,还有较好的脱氮除磷效果。Through the nine months' continuum experiment from test run to normal run of Biolak technology wastewater treatment plant, the major factors influencing Biolak technology treatment effect and its work mechanism were analyzed. Operation results show that the final effluent of the Biolak process excel the first level B standard of GB 18918-2002 when the concentrations of the raw water were between 247.8-512.4 mg/L, 116.5-283.2 mg/L, 20.9-34.6 mg/L, 5.4-11.6 mg/L, 97.8-195.5 mg/L of CODCr, BOD5. NH3-N, TP, SS. The construction fee could be reduced by 20 % if traditional concretes were replaced by HDPE membranes. In addition, it takes multistage A/O technology in aeration tanks by applying suspended chains to aerate discontinuously. As a result, under the condition that aerobiosis and anaerobiosis alternate one after another, activated sludge can not only reduce the content of carbon sharply, but also gain the aim of denitrogenation and dephosphorization.
