摘  要:井架的承载能力是评估其安全性的重要参数。应用MIDAS软件建立了JJ40/225-K型井架的有限元模型,计算关键部位的最大应力。依据SY/T 6326—2008标准测试相应部位的几组应力,并线性推算该部位的最大应力。测试值比计算值高10%~12%,原因是井架构件存在损伤和变形。为了评估该井架的安全性,可以用有限元方法计算的应力值乘以井架损伤系数K来估算井架的承载能力,服役时间<10 a,K=1.1~1.2;服役时间≥10 a,K=1.2~1.5。The capacity of the derrick is a vital important parameter for evaluating its security.In this paper,the finite element model about ZJ40/225-K type derrick is established through MADIS,and the stress about key parts of the derrick is calculated.The maximal stresses are calculated linearly by the testing values according to the criterion SY/T 6326—2008.It educed that the testing values are higher than that of analytical results by the finite element because of damage and distortion of derrick.So it can multiply depreciation modulus K to the finite element results of derricks to evaluate the capacity of the derrick in order to estimate its security.According to the usage period,K=1.1~1.2 if usage period of the derrick is shorter than 10 years,and K=1.2~1.5 if usage period of the derrick is longer than 10 years.
