摘 要:为评价自主研发的水力喷射工具的穿透能力、承压等性能,结合水力喷射压裂工艺基本原理,采用壁厚9.17 mm钢级为P110套管为靶件,以1050型压裂机组为试验设备,并采用φ6.3 mm硬质合金喷嘴进行地面模拟试验。试验发现,在213.86 m/s喷射速度下,套管2 min内被射穿,且在套管壁上形成椭圆形孔眼。计算试验数据表明:设计喷嘴的流量系数较高,达到0.91;试验中最高压差达43.1 MPa,工具相关动作正常,密封良好。地面模拟试验证明了水力喷射工具的结构设计合理,相关性能达到了设计要求,为下一步开展现场试验提供了依据,对射流增压等理论研究也起到了一定的作用。To evaluate the performance of the supporting tools for hydra-jetting technology,which has been developed by Changqing Oil Field,the ground experiment has been carried out.It mainly consists of jetting test to appraise the performance of the nozzle and the bearing pressure of the hydrajetting string.To be consistent with the real condition,the following measures have been adopted:horizontally posited device,the casing with P110 steel and 9.17 mm wall thickness,the nozzle with the material of cemented carbide and inner diameter of 6.3 mm.Finally,it has been found that the streamline design of nozzle is reasonable.And the main performance of the supporting tools has achieved the design requirements.Therefore,the experiment results are able to provide the basis for the field test which will be launched in the next step.In addition,the experiment results help to further research on the orifice form in the casing,hydra-jetting time and boosting pressure.
