摘　　要：在新井位钻井前,目前使用的钻井钢丝绳排绳器需要高空安装和拆卸,费工、费时、费力。有低位安装的排绳器,但滑轮磨损快。研制了在绞车上安装的排绳器,滑轮内部设计有滚动轴承及滑动轴套。现场使用表明:该排绳器结构合理、性能可靠、安装拆卸方便、通用性强,满足了现代钻井工艺要求。Before drilling a new well,the rope-arranging device being used at present require being installed and dismantled high above the ground,which is labourious,time-consuming and toilsome.Now there is the rope-arranging device being installed low-order but its sheaves always wear down quickly.Developed the rope-arranging being installed at the drawworks and the antifriction bearing and the slide bush are designed in the wheels.Field application indicates that this device shows some features such as reasonable structure,reliable performance,easy dismantles and highly optimized for general use,effectively improves the drilling efficiency,meets the modern drilling technology requirements.
