摘　　要：给出了完整的Vague集相似度量约束准则,在此基础上对现有的Vague集相似度量的缺陷,进行了定量分析和证明。在充分考虑了支持度、反对度、未知度以及核函数概念之间相互关系后,提出了一种新的Vague集相似度量。通过对定理的证明以及与其他相似度量违反直觉例子的比较,表明新的相似度量全面考虑了各种约束准则,符合人们直观感觉。给出了新的Vague集相似度量在智能决策中的应用方法和应用实例。The integrated necessary conditions of a similarity measure based on Vague sets are given.Based on this,the quantitative analysis and proof are completed about the existing fault of the similarity measure.A new similarity measure of Vague sets,which reflects the correlations of the support degree,the against degree,the unknown degree and the core function,is proposed.By proving the new similarity measure and comparing with the existing similarity measure which is counterintuitive through analyzing some examples,the new similarity measure can conform to the integrated necessary conditions of a similarity measure,and accord with intuitive sense of people.An application method and an application example of the new Vague sets＇similarity measure in the intelligent decision-making are presented.
