摘　　要：基于产业集群的工业园区发展模式体现了与转变经济发展方式的高度契合,大力推进特色产业集群和工业园区发展是西部民族地区实现转变经济发展方式的突破口,对提升西部民族地区经济竞争力和自我发展能力有重要意义。The industrial park development pattern b ased on the industrial clusters corresponds highly with the transformation of the mode of economic development.It is a breakthrough of the western minority regions to realize the transformation of economic development mode to promote industrial cluster with characteristics and industrial park vigorously development,and has an important meaning for the western minority regions to ascend the economic competitiveness and self-development capabilities.
