热分析在硅酮结构密封胶耐久性研究上的应用初探

摘　　要：探讨了热机械分析法(DMA)和差示扫描量热仪法(DSC)两种热分析方法用于硅酮结构密封胶耐久性研究的可行性,结果表明多种分析测试手段的综合运用能有效地表征硅酮结构密封胶的耐久性,为建立合理的评估幕墙用硅酮结构密封胶耐久性的测试方法和检测体系提供了较好的技术支持。This paper discusses feasibility of dynamic thermal mechanical analysis（DMA） and differential scanning calorimetry（DSC） used for research on durability of structural silicone sealant.The test results show that comprehensive application of multiple analytical methods can effectively characterize the durability of structural silicone sealant and provide effective technology auspice for establishing reasonable evaluation system on test methods for structural silicone sealant applied on curtain walls.
