摘 要:一定的拉应力或压力容器金属内部残余拉应力是产生应力腐蚀的三个必要条件之一。文章对D-510脱气塔塔底封头与裙座连接区域进行了详细的有限元应力分析和强度评定,得到了D-510脱气塔塔底封头裙座连接区域的应力分布规律。分析结果表明,该区域具备产生应力腐蚀的力学条件,裂纹方向与应力状态完全相符;产生缺陷的原因不是强度破坏。综合材料对应力腐蚀的敏感性和塔釜介质含有Cl^-和溶解氧的情况,可以判定缺陷是应力腐蚀造成的。Certain metal tensile stress or the residual tensile stress within the pressure vessel is one of the three necessary conditions to produce stress corrosion.In this paper,the finite element stress analysis and strength evaluation is carried out for the connection zone of the skirt and bottom head of D-510 degassing tower,the stress distribution law of the connection zone is obtained. The results show that this zone has the mechanical conditions to cause stress corrosion and the stress state is completely consistent with the crack direction;and the defects are not due to strength failure.To synthesize the sensitivity of the materials to stress corrosion and tower reactor materials containing Cl- and dissolved oxygen, it can be determined that the defects are caused by stress corrosion.
