摘  要:丰城电厂分散控制系统(distribute control system,DCS)改造采用软测量的方法,利用主给水电动门的开关停三位信号,较准确地求得电动门的实际位置模拟量反馈,在降低成本、减少劳动量的同时,给运行人员提供了直观可靠的数据指导。把在600MW及以上级超临界机组锅炉-汽机协调控制系统(furnace-turbine conordinated control system,FTCCS)中采用的锅炉动态加速信号(boiler input rate,B IR)动态前馈控制思想成功运用于300MW级机组,提高了负荷响应能力,改善了控制品质。这些控制策略的成功运用,不仅对生产经营意义重大,还为同类工程的优化设计提供了一定的参考。In the present retrofit of DCS ( distribute control system) in Fengcheng power plant, the soft measurement method is applied, and the analogue quantity feedback of the actual position is accurately obtained by using the opening, closing and stopping signals of motor drived valve of main feedwater. As a result, the production and labour cost are reduced, as well as some intuitionistic and reliable data are provided to operators. Furthermore, the BIR (boiler input rate ) dynamic feed-forward control idea which is adopted in the PTCCS (furnace-turbine coordinated control system ) of 600 MW supercritical unit, is applied in 300 MW units successfully so that load response ability is raised and control quality improved. The successful application of the control strategies not only has great significance to the production management of the company, but also provides useful reference for the optimization design of similar project.
