摘 要:为了实现覆盖件曲面的自动补孔功能,提出了基于网格的覆盖件曲面自动补孔算法。利用覆盖件网格的边界边信息,确定零件的边界环(内边界环和外边界环)。通过比较覆盖件边界环最小绑定矩形的大小区别覆盖件的外边界和内孔。采用离散边界环的方法将内孔边界分成近似相等的4条曲线段。根据曲线段的边界信息、跨界切向量生成双三次Coons补孔曲面。实例证明算法能够准确识别内孔并自动生成补孔曲面。An algorithm was proposed based on the mesh information of covering surface to fill the inner-hole on the covering surface automatically.The boundary loops including the outer-boundary loop and the inner-boundary loop were defined with the boundary edge information of the covering surface mesh.The outer-boundary and the inner-hole were distinguished by comparing the minimum bound rectangular size of the boundary loop on the covering surface.The boundary of inner-hole was divided into 4 approximately equal curves by discretizing the boundary loop.The bicubic Coons surface patch was generated around the inner-hole with the boundary information of the curves and the span-boundary tangent vector.An example shows that the proposed automatic hole filling algorithm can exactly identify the inner-hole and automatically generate the filling surface patch.
