摘 要:提出了一种基于双目视觉和粒子图象灰度差分法同场测量喷雾速度场和粒度场的方法。搭建了硬件测试平台,开发了相应的软件系统,进行了初步的验证实验研究。利用两台数字相机对同一喷雾流场区域进行拍摄。根据自相关方法进行速度测量。根据灰度差分法进行粒子粒度分布的计算。本文对该方法进行了模拟数据验证和实验数据的验证。验证结果表明,本方法能够实现自相关速度测量并消除速度方向的二义性。利用本方法能够较为准确地实现流场的速度和粒度同场测量。A novel method was proposed based on the binocular vision and the particle image gray difference(PIGD) method to measure simultaneously the particle velocity field and the particle size distribution in the liquid spray.The corresponding measuring hardware platform was built,the software system was developed,and the preliminary validating experiments were performed.Two digital cameras were used to capture the flow field of the spray at different shooting angles.The spray particle velocity field was measured by the self-correlation technique.The spray particle size distribution was calculated by PIGD method.The whole measuring system was tested on the simulative and experimental data.The validation results showed that the velocity direction ambiguity can be resolved by this method and the particle velocity and size distribution can be measured accurately.
