甲型H1N1流感轻症患者心酶谱变化及治疗差异探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨甲型H1N1轻症患者心酶谱与正常人群、普通流感人群的变化以及中西医治疗后心酶谱是否存在差异，为指导临床用药与传染性防治提供科学依据。方法采用426例随机对照试验（RCT）研究受试者使用荧光PCR进行甲型H1N1流感病毒核酸检测确证后的281例甲流病例，与40例体检正常人群作为健康对照组，在罗氏Modular生化分析仪上做血清酶学检查。结果甲型H1N1流感轻症患者CK，AST，LD明显高于正常对照组（P〈0．05），CK—MB与正常对照组差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；与其他流感患者心酶谱比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；纯中医治疗组与西医对症治疗组心酶谱差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论甲型H1N1患者发病早期心酶谱的异常提示患者有一定的心脏损伤，应引起临床重视。Objective To discuss the heart enzyme changes and therapeutic effect diffrence to minimally symptomatic H1N1 with the flu and the healthy,and to guide the doctor to properly medicate. Methods H1N1 nucleic acid of 281 patients was dectected by time fluorescence PCR. And dectecting the serum heart enzyme to the 281 patients with 40 healthy controls by modular. Resules Analysis of the evidence showed the CK, AST and LD of H1N1 had significant difference with the healthy （P〈0.05）. The CK-MB had no difference with the healthy （P〉0.05） ,and the heart enzyme of H1N1 had no difference between the Chinese traditional treatment term and the western medicine treatment term（P〉0.05）. Conclusion The heart enzyme changes to minimally symptomatic H1N1 show the patients have a certain degree cardiac＇s damage.
