摘　　要：刑法修正案(八)将社区矫正正式写入其中,这是我国在刑罚轻缓化发展方向上迈出的重要一步。但是,修正后的刑法在社区矫正执行的范围、内容及主体等具体方面,仍存在亟须完善之处。对这些问题的正确理解及合理解决,将有助于推进社区矫正的司法实践。另外,我国应根据社区矫正工作的现实情况和发展需要,适时地制定《社区矫正法》,以推进行刑社会化的全面发展。The rule of community correct was stipulated Criminal-law Amendment Act（八）,which is a big step of soft directive development in Chinese criminal penalty.But,because of practice need of community correct at present,there still are some problems which are urgent to be improved in the rule of community correct was stipulated Criminal-law Amendment Act（八）,such as the scope,contents and subject of implement concerned.So,《Community Correct Act》should be drafted in the future,which is to serving the comprehensive development of socialization of criminal penalty in China
