生态文明视域下民族地区的跨越式发展——以四川省甘孜州为例

摘　　要：民族地区的跨越式发展是建立在其独特的比较优势和后发优势基础之上的。但在道路选择时,鉴于民族地区重要的生态屏障和特殊的原生态文化保护区的地位、经济发展与环境保护之间的矛盾,决定了民族地区的跨越式发展必须突破传统工业化的"高速度"的跨越模式,走生态文明的道路。The striding development in ethnic groups regions is based on its unique comparative advantage and the late-development advantage. While choosing the road and taking the consideration of the contradiction between the importance of its ecological barrier and the special position of the prototypical ethnic culture reservation, economical development and environmental protection, the striding development in ethnic groups regions should take an ecological civilization road to break through the great-leap-forward mode which focuses on the ＂high speed＂ development of its traditional industry in these regions.
