奎屯地区原氟砷中毒患者血浆巯基含量的测定

摘　　要：本文用分光光度法对新疆奎屯氟砷中毒地区防病改水两年后原氟砷和氟中毒患者血浆中巯基的含量进行了测定,并与正常对照区健康成人血浆中巯基的含量进行了比较。结果高氟区患者血浆中巯基含量为:3.45±0.66mg％;高氟高砷区:3.90±0.87mg％;正常对照区:3.58±1.04mg％。无论是高氟区还是高氟高砷区,患者血浆中巯基的含量与正常对照区居民血浆中巯基的含量均无显著差异(P>0.05)。而高氟高砷区患者血浆中巯基含量明显高于高氟区患者血浆中巯基含量((P<0.05)。This paper preseffts the determination on the-SH content of plasma from original cases of fluorosis and arseniasis from high F and both high F and high As regions. The samples were obtained from three separated regions:the high F region, the high F+As region and the normal region, The water in that two contaminated regions had been changed according to healthy demand two years ago.It is found that there is no apparent discrepancy in-SH content between contaminated regions andnormal region (P<0.05) but there is significant difference between two contaminated regions (P<0.05). The values in high F region are 3.45±0.66mg％, while in high F+As region are 3.90±0.87mg％ and in normal region are 3.58±1.04mg％.
