摘 要:实验研究了一种基于增益开关激光二极管和掺镱光纤放大器的高功率可调谐皮秒激光脉冲产生技术与系统。采用增益开关激光二极管作为种子源,多级掺镱单模光纤预放大器和两级大模场双包层掺镱光纤主放大器构成的放大系统,以及增益补偿技术、可调谐滤波技术、Sagnac环技术和包层泵浦技术相结合的方法,获得了中心波长1 053~1 073 nm可调谐、线宽(FWHM)2.5~3 nm、脉冲宽度小于150 ps、重复频率1 MHz、平均功率10 W的高稳定和高光束质量(M2<1.2)的皮秒激光脉冲输出。Generation technology of high-power tunable picosecond fiber laser based on the gain switch laser diode and Yb-doped fiber amplifier was experimentally studied. A gain switch laser diode was adopted as the seed source, and a multi-stage single mode Yb-doped fiber preamplifier was combined with two large mode area double-clad Yb-doped fiber main amplifiers to construct the amplification system. The gain compensation technology, tunable filter technology, Sagnac loop technology and cladding pump technology were also used in the high-power tunable fiber picosecond laser system. High stability and excellent beam quality (MZ〈1.2) pulses with 1 MHz repetition rate, 10W average power, 150 ps pulse duration, 2.5-3 nm bandwidth (FWHM), and central wavelength tunable from 1 053 nm to 1 073 nm were generated. This system provides a compact, stable and reliable high-power tunable picosecond fiber laser source.
