摘  要:报道了一套2μm全固体激光主振荡-功率放大(MOPA)系统。该系统包括4个组成部分:一台用作单频种子源的可调谐单纵模连续波激光器、一台作为系统主振荡器且具有四镜环形腔结构的激光二极管侧面泵浦声光调Q激光器、一台激光放大器以及相应的注入控制电路。单频种子激光器采用带尾纤的激光二极管进行端面泵浦,具有线性腔结构,腔内利用两片标准具来实现激光器的单纵模输出和波长的粗调。主振荡器的单频运转通过种子注入的方式实现。采用ramp-fire技术来保证脉冲激光器腔谐振与种子源波长的匹配。主振荡器输出的激光脉冲经过单程放大后,单脉冲能量达到100 mJ,脉宽约为100 ns,重复频率为5 Hz。该套系统可用作相干多普勒测风激光雷达的发射源。A 2 μm all-solid-state laser system in a master-oscillator-power-amplifier (MOPA) system was demonstrated. This system contained four main parts: a tunable single-longitudinal-mode continuous-wave laser used as the single-frequency injection seed source, a diode-side-pumped AO Q-switched laser obtained in a ring resonator used as the main oscillator, a laser amplifier and the corresponding injection control circuits. The injection-seeding laser was end-pumped by a fiber coupled diode laser and had a linear resonator in which two etalons were used to select a single longitudinal mode and to provide coarse tuning of wavelength. Single-longitudinal-mode Q-switched pulse was achieved by the injection-seeding process. To ensure the pulse laser cavity resonance matched the wavelength of the injection-seed source, ramp-fire technique was used. After single-pass amplification, the pulse energy was amplified to 100 mJ with 100 ns pulse width at the repetition rate of 5 Hz. This system can be used as a coherent Doppler wind lidar transmitter.
