低碳经济视角下的东北亚区域合作

摘　　要：为抑制全球气候变暖,发展以低能耗、低污染为基础的"低碳经济"成为全球的新热点和区域合作的新挑战。低碳经济的发展方式对加强东北亚区域合作提供了新的视角与新的要求。本文致力于探讨发展低碳经济与东北亚区域合作的关系,从低碳经济的挑战出发,探讨东北亚地区合作发展低碳经济的基础、各种影响因素以及东北亚低碳经济合作的战略构想。In order to control global warming,developing a low carbon economy featuring low power consumption and low pollution has attracted much attention from the world and becomes a new challenge to regional cooperation.The development model of low carbon economy has provided a new perspective and new request for strengthening Northeast Asian regional cooperation.This paper is dedicated to exploring the relationship between low carbon economy and cooperation within the region of Northeast Asia,and the basis,as well as the related variables of such cooperation.On the basis of analysis,this paper will put forth the strategic plan for the cooperation of Northeast Asia with focuses on low carbon economy,and try to determine the characteristics of the model of regional cooperation of low carbon economy as accurately as possible.
