摘  要:长期以来,食用菌菌种同名异种、同种异名问题给科研带来许多不必要的重复,也阻碍了菌种调剂供给。利用RAPD、ISSR、SRAP三种DNA分子标记分别对来源不同的30个灰树花(Grifola frondosa)菌株进行鉴别,并将得到的部分多态性条带转化为SCAR标记。3种分子标记对30个灰树花菌株的分析结果表明,共产生77条多态性条带。采用Jaccard聚类距离中的类平均法(UPGMA)进行聚类分析可知,在D=0.77的相异系数水平上,可以将30个灰树花菌株分为10个类群,其中包括6个单一类别和4个复合类群。同时实验成功转化并验证了8个灰树花的SCAR标记。8个SCAR标记对30个灰树菌株的鉴定结果,也将30个灰树花菌株分为10类。The problem that diversity in phenomenon with the same name and different variety or the same variety coming from different site with different name troubled the study and the production of edible fungi.Three molecular markers,namely RAPD,SRAP,ISSR,were used in the study of the genetic diversities and relationships of 30 cultivated Grifola frondosa strains.SCAR markers were also established according to polymophic bands.77 polymophic bands were obtained in study of 30 cultivated Grifola frondosa strains.According to the cluster analysis,30 Grifola frondosa strains were clustered into 10 groups in the 77.41% dissimilarity level.8 SCAR markers were also established.30 Grifola frondosa strains were classified into 10 classes by 8 SCAR markers.
