摘  要:给出一种基于TSMC 0.18μm RF CMOS工艺,应用于无线传感器网络的2.4GHz功率放大器的设计。该功率放大器工作频率范围为2.4GHz~2.4835GHz,采用全差分AB类共源共栅电路结构,使用功率控制技术以节省功耗,当输入信号功率-12.5dBm时,输出功率在-10.4dBm至5.69dBm范围内可调。电路输入端采用片内电容电感匹配,输出端采用负载牵引技术,使之输出最大功率。在Cadence Spectre仿真环境下的后仿真结果表明,在1.8V电源电压下,功率增益为19.38dB,输入反射系数约为-30dB,输出1dB压缩点为11.73dBm,1dB压缩点处的功率附加效率为33.75%,电路消耗功率约为12mW。This paper provides a power amplifier(PA) design for Wireless Sensor Network ( WSN ) in the frequency band of 2.4 GHz- 2. 4835 GHz, based on TSMC 0. 18-μm RF CMOS process. The structure of fully differential Class AB cascode was used in this circuit, and in order to save power dissipation, the power control technique was adopted. The on-chip inductors and capacitances are used to achieve input matching and the means of loadpull is used at the output of PA for the maximum output power. The simulation result indicates that under 1.8 V power supply, the output power is in the range of-10.4 dBm to 5.69dBm when the input power is -12.5 dBm, the power gain is 19.38 dB,the input reflection coefficient is about -30 dB,the output 1 dB compression point is 11.73 dBm and the power added efficiency is 33.75% at 1 dB compression point,the power consumption is about 12 roW.
