摘 要:对一种基于纳米晶软磁合金的非接触动态磁弹性扭矩传感器进行了研究。介绍了这种传感器的半套环差动式结构和工作原理,推导出传感器的输出方程。通过动态转矩测量试验,分析了传感器探头与轴表面的气隙和转速对测试精度和灵敏度的影响,得出了U-δ曲线和最佳气隙范围、三种转速时传感器的动态输出曲线。试验数据显示,采用半套环差动式结构的传感器,并利用纳米晶软磁合金辅助测量时,最大非线性误差和不重复误差分别降低58%和33%,测量灵敏度提高1.36倍。A new non-contact measuring dynamic torque sensor based on magneto-elastic effect of Fe-base amorphous alloy was discussed.The principle and half-ring and differential structure of the sensor were presented,and its output characteristic equation was derived.By making an dynamic torque measuring experiment,the effect of the air gap between the sensor probe with the shaft surface,and rotational speed on measurement accuracy and sensitivity was analyzed,and U-δ curve,the best air gap range and dynamic output curve in three kinds of rotation speed of the shaft were got.The experimental result shows when using the half-ring differential sensor and nanocrystalline soft magnetic alloy,the maximum linearity measurement error and repetitive error cut down 58% and 33% respectively,and the measuring sensitivity increase 1.36 times.
