甲泛影酰胺和三碘三酰苯在颈脊髓造影CT(CTM)检查中的对比分析

摘　　要：本文报道100例腰椎穿刺注入非离子型水溶性造影剂后行颈脊髓造影CT(CTM)检查,共分4组:组1、组2为注入Amipaque后的60min或120min行颈椎CTM扫描;组3、组4为注入Omnipaque后的60min或120min行颈椎CTM扫描。经分析和统计学处理后提出:上述两种造影剂在颈椎CTM扫描中显影效果相同,但Omnipaque所产生的副作用明显少于Amipaque。This paper reports 100 cases of cervical computed tomographic myelography (CTM) after injecting nonionic water soluble contrast media(Metrizamide and Iohexol) in lumbar. Four groups were divided:The examination of cervical CTM at 60 or 120 minutes after injecting Metrizamide(Amipaque)was performed in group 1 and 2. The examination of cervical CTM at 60 or 120 minutes after injecting Iohexol (Omnipaque)was performed in group 3 and 4. Through analysis and statistical handle,the authors put forward that the image quality was equal with both contrast media metioned above in the cervical CTM scanning but the side effects with Omnipaque were less than that with Metrizamide.
