摘　　要：现代建筑通过装备楼控系统，为用户提供舒适的工作与生活条件，同时实现对建筑电气设备的全面监控管理，楼控系统的另一个重要功能就是控制建筑电气设备经济运行实现节能。但在实际应用中，楼控系统的使用往往不能达到规划设计的功能水平。本文对楼控系统使用现状中的一些问题做出了较深入的分析并给出了相应的对策。In the modern buildings, comfortable condition of the work and life are provided for users, through equipping the building controlling system, while realizing overall monitor and management to the architecture electrical equipments. Another important function is saving energy. But in practical application, the building controlling system cann＇ t realize the function level of designing. Some problems are analyzed in the using present situation deeply and some countermeasures are given.
