摘　　要：宁夏电力公司行政交换系统不仅为宁夏电力公司的生产办公提供语音服务,而且以其富余的交换能力为宁夏电力职工的生活提供语音服务。为了对行政交换系统提供必要的业务支持,一套稳定可靠的综合业务系统必不可少。宁夏电力公司行政交换综合业务系统为电力电话用户提供了电话计费,业务办理,故障派修,宽带认证等功能。本文主要介绍了行政交换综合业务系统的软硬件组成,各部分的功能,重点论述了保障系统稳定运行采取的措施,以及改进意见。The adminstration exchange system of Ningxia electric power corporation not only provides telephone service for the production of Ningxia electric power corporation,bat also ptovides home phone for the worker of ningxia electric power corporation with its magin exchange ability. In order to provide the necessary business support to the administration exchange system, a stable and reliable integrated business system is needed. The adminstration exchange integrated business system of Ningxia electric power corporation provides such kind of service： billing, business accept, fault to send repair, Broadband Certification . for the telephone user. This article introduced the Hardware and software components of The adminstration exchange integrated business system, the ability of each part, and mainly talk about the measures which are taken to make the system stable,and the improvements.
