摘　　要：目前,从高校保卫工作面临的新情况、人们思想观念的转变以及发达国家保卫组织的做法上来看,加强高校保卫组织的服务功能是做好高校保卫工作的新突破。因此,有必要从强化保卫人员服务意识,提高整体素质;坚持以人为本的理念,注重与思想政治教育相结合;完善保卫工作的服务机制等途径强化安保工作的服务功能。Current, Work from the university to defend the new situation, people thought the concept of change and developed the practice of security organizations point of view, Strengthening the service functions of security organizations is to do security work in the new breakthroughs in college. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen security personnel service awareness, improve the overall quality; adhere to people-centered concept, focusing on the ideological and political education combined; improve security work in the service mechanism and other means to strengthen security work in the service function.
