筛前神经切断术治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨鼻内镜下选择性筛前神经切断治疗常年性变应性鼻炎的疗效。方法在鼻内镜下对筛前神经的鼻中隔支和鼻外侧壁支进行选择性的切断,治疗常年性变应性鼻炎41例。结果术后半年和术后2年的显效病例分别为35例(85.4%)和30例(73.2%),总有效率分别为97.6%和92.7%。结论鼻内窥镜下对筛前神经进行选择性的切断,治疗变应性鼻炎,具有较好的2年疗效。Objective To explore the effects of selective anterior ethmoidal neurectomy under nasal endoscopic in the treatment of perennial allergic rhinitis（PAR）. Methods Forty one patients with perennial allergic rhinitis were treated by anterior ethmoidal neurectomy, selectively cutting two intranasal branches： a medial to the nasal sep^m and a lateral to the lateral nasal wall. Results The obvious curative effect was 35 cases （85.4%） and 30 cases （73.2%） respectively with the period of half a year and 2 years followed-up. The total effective rate was 97.6% and 92.7% respectively and no serious complication occurred. Conclusion The procedure of selective anterior ethmoidal neurectomy under nasal endoscopy on perennial allergic rhinitis had good effects of 2-years.
