连续性血液净化在多器官功能障碍中的应用及护理

摘　　要：目的探讨连续性血液净化(CBP)对多器官功能障碍综合征中的治疗效果及护理措施,以提高患者的预后。方法对32例患者在连续性血液净化的同时,观察患者的生命体征,抗凝剂的使用、出血预防和并发症的预防等护理干预措施。结果 32例MODS患者治愈11例,好转7例,总有效率56.25%,血尿素氮,肌酐等水平均较治疗前显著下降,而PaO2/FiO2较治疗前有升高(P<0.01)。结论连续性血液净化(CBP)是治疗MODS患者一种有效的治疗方法,配合细致的护理措施可显著提高CBP在MODS患者中的疗效。Objective To investigate the treatment effect and nursing measures of continuity blood purification（CBP） for the multiple organ dysfunction syndrome（MODS）, in order to improve the prognosis of patients. Methods For 32 patients in continuity blood purification at the same time, observation patient＇s life signs, the use of anticoagulants, hemorrhage prevention and the prevention of complications and nursing intervention measures. Results 32 cases of patients cured MODS 11 cases, better in 7 cases, the total effective rate 56.25%, Blood urea nitrogen, creatinine level than before treatment such as decreased significantly, and PaO2 / FiO2 more before treatment have increased （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Continuity blood ptLrifieation （CBP） is the treatment in patients with MODS an effective treatment methods, with meticulous care measures can significantly improve the CBP MODS in patients with the effect.
