摘　　要：目的:在确保静脉尿路造影影像质量的情况下,降低患者的辐射剂量。材料与方法:133例行静脉尿路造影检查的患者,记录从注射对比剂后,肾盂、肾盏充盈良好所需的时间和常规摄片时间对比。结果:不同患者,不同检查目的肾盂、肾盏充盈良好所需的时间各不相同。传统方法中定时摄片,摄片数量多,增加了患者的辐射剂量。结论:合理选择曝光时间,减少曝光次数。Purpose： To ensure the quality of IVP, reduce the radiation dose patients. Materials and Methods： 133eases of IVP patients, Record from injection contrast agents, filled with good after the time required renal pelvis and routine time contrast. Results： Different patients, different check purpose, the time required for each are not identical the traditional method of timing raoliographg, Radiography quantity in crease the patient＇s radiation dose. Conclusion： Reasonable choice exposure time, reduce exposare time is reduced, the patient＇s radiation dose.
