摘 要:目的:研究DR摄影中KV和滤过板的合理选择对患者辐射剂量的影响。材料与方法:选用胸片摄片自动曝光控制(AEC)模式。当滤过板为固定2.7mm铝当量和可变的0.1mm,0.2mm,0.3mm铜时,管电压(kv)分别从50kv开始,每增加10kv曝光一次,直至150kv。每次曝光后记录体模的入射剂量并将图像传递至PACS工作站,由质控小组成员分别对显示器上的测试卡图像仔细处理,阅读后打分,最高10分,最低0分。结果:所有测试卡图像在显示器上都能阅读。综合胸部摄片条件,以2mm铜滤过板90kv为佳。Purpose : To evaluate the effect of different kv parameters and filtration board for the radiation dose of patients in DR photography. Materials and Methods: Chest radiography of pkantom was undergone with automatic exposure control (AEC) mode. Parameters of filtration board were designed for fixed 2. 7 mm aluminum equivalent and variable 0. 1 mm, 0. 2 mm, O. 3 mm copper equivalent, while tube voltage ranging from 50kv to 150kv and every increase consumers lOkv exposure once. X - ray dose of body mold was recorded and all images were transmitted to PACS and evaluated by QC team members respectively in a double - blinded manner. Results: All test card images were successfully performed on the monitor. According to chest radiography condition, parameter in 90kv and 2ram copper filtration board are optimal.
