摘 要:采用搅拌实验装置,研究AMP-MEA-DETA复合溶液对烟道气中二氧化碳的吸收和解吸性能,揭示了吸收速率、吸收容量与酸碱度、时间之间的内在联系,并对CO2初始逸出温度、试液再生温度、试液再生率进行了细致记录分析。结果表明,AMP-MEA-DETA三组分之间存在负相互作用;其吸收速率、吸收量大于AMP-MEA复合溶液、DETA单组份的吸收速率及吸收容量,小于两者之和;AMP-MEA-DETA三组分的再生温度为103℃左右,再生率为86.5%左右。A set of stirring experimental was used to study the capability of absorption and desorption of carbon dioxide from flue gas with AMP-MEA-DETA complex solution. The study revealed the relationship between absorption rate, absorption capacity, pH and time. Meanwhile, the date was recorded and analysized, including the initial escape temperature of CO2, regeneration temperature and regeneration rate in regeneration. Experimental results showed that the negative interaction existed among AMP, MEA and DETA,in which absorption rate and absorption capacity was higher than in AMP-MEA and DETA, but less than the sum of two. The regeneration temperature of AMP-MEA-DETA complex solution was about 103 ℃ ,and the regeneration rate was about 86.5%.
