摘 要:以十二胺、甲酸、甲醛、环氧氯丙烷、亚硫酸氢钠为原料,利用丙磺酸中间体法合成了两性表面活性剂十二烷基二甲基羟丙基磺基甜菜碱(HSB-12)。用红外光谱对目标产物的结构进行表征,并研究了其表面活性和复配性能。结果表明,HSB-12的水溶液在25℃的cm c=1.6 mmol/L,表面张力为25.85 mN/m,65℃时可降低油水界面张力至10-2mN/m。HSB-12与非离子表面活性剂OP-10复配产生了较好的协同效应,HSB-12与OP-10的摩尔比为3∶7,表现出最佳复配效果,此时复配体系的cm c=0.9 mmol/L,表面张力为23.85 mN/m,并可降低油水界面张力至10-3mN/m,达到了超低界面张力的水平。The zwitterionic surfactant, dodecyl-2-hydroxy-l-proply sulfobetaine (HSB-12) was synthesized by using dodecylamine, formic acid, formaldehyde, epichlorohydrin and sodium bisulfate as raw materials and through a mid-body, 1-chloro-2-hydroxy-3-propanesulfonate. The structure of the product was charac- terized by IR. Surface activity and compatibility of the targeted product were studied. The surface activity of the aqueous solution of HSB-12 at 25 ℃ shows cmc = 1. 6 mmol/L and the surface tension 25.85 mN/m. The o-w interfacial tension at 65 ℃ decreased to 10-2 mN/m. HSB-12 shows a synergie effect when it was blended with nonionic surfactant, OP-10. The best compatibility effect was achieved at a molar ratio of 3: 7. The best compound system shows cmc = 0.9 mmol/L, the surface tension 23.85 mN/m and decreases the o-w interfacial tension to 10-3 mN/m, reaching the level of super low interfacial tension.
