摘  要:采用ANSYS软件模拟高层建筑沉降后浇带封闭前后的沉降值,进而确定沉降后浇带能在目前施工阶段封闭。采用ANSYS单元生死功能模拟沉降后浇带的封闭与否,分两个时间步分别模拟目前施工阶段沉降值和结构封顶后的沉降值。得出两阶段最大沉降值的差值不大于10.5mm,提前封闭沉降后浇带不会使上部结构产生较大次应力。本文的计算方法及理念对类似工程具有较好的参考价值。The ANSYS software is applied to simulate the settlement value of high-rise building before and after the settlement post-cast band is closed, and then the settlement post-cast band closure could be determined in the current construction phase. The birth & death function, which belongs to ANSYS software is applied to simulate whether the settlement post-cast band is closed or not, and the settlement values are simulated by two time-steps, under the current construction phase and the construction end phase, respectively. The maximum difference value between the maximum settlement values of two phases is less than 10.5mm, so that closure of the settlement post-cast band in advance would not make a large secondary stress in super-structure. The calculation method and concept in this paper may give a useful reference to similar projects.
