摘 要:【目的】了解烯啶虫胺、醚菊酯单剂及其混剂对褐飞虱3龄若虫的毒力作用,为开发防治褐飞虱的复配制剂提供科学依据。【方法】用稻茎浸渍法测定烯啶虫胺、醚菊酯单剂及其混剂对褐飞虱的毒力效果。【结果】烯啶虫胺、醚菊酯对褐飞虱3龄若虫的LC50分别为0.4922和9.1847mga·i·L-1,两单剂按有效成分质量比为1∶12和1∶27(烯啶虫胺∶醚菊酯)时,共毒系数分别为249.89和138.15。【结论】烯啶虫胺和醚菊酯按有效成分质量比为1∶12和1∶27(烯啶虫胺∶醚菊酯)时有明显的增效作用。[Objective]The present experiment was conducted to study the toxic effects of nitenpyram, ethofenprox and their mixtures on Nilaparvata lugens, and to provide scientific basis for developing chemical pesticide for its control. [Method]The toxic effects of nitenpyram, ethofenprox and their mixtures on N. lugens were determined by using rice stem dipping method. [Result]The values of LC50 for nitenpyram, etofenprox on the 3rd nymph of Nilaparvata lugens were recorded as 0.4922 and 9.1847 mg a·i·L-1, respectively. When the efficiency mass ratio of the two single insecticides was 1∶12 and 1∶27 (Nitenpyram∶Etofenprox), the co-toxicity coefficients (CTC) were 249.89 and 138.15, respectively. [Conclusion]The data revealed that combined mixture of two insecticides in the ratioes of 1∶12 and 1∶27 (Nitenpyram∶Etofenprox) gave excellent synergistic effect.
